When you want to get rid of the fat on your belly it is crucial that your digestion is working the way it is designed to work. Get your stress level down; the following supplements can help with these issues:

Magnesium (take it in the evening)

Poliquin L–Glutamine best most important supplement!! Your immune system and digestion will be extremely strong.  Mix it with Poliquin Estrogenomics Px and 1 sachet Nutrimonium Nutritional Powder mix!! Your digestion will be the bomb if you drink this mix with water every morning – I do that!

Zink (take it right after your  workout – brand: Berthelsen)

Fiber – Can help clean your intestines if you are constipated; take it when you wake up, 2-3 tablets (I don’t take fiber myself – but I imagine Poliquin has some good stuff, if you have constipation problems!)


Whatever reason causes your belly fat, please follow these instructions:

1 . avoid ALL sugar, alcohol and gluten products!

  1. Eat lots of vegetables and protein at lunch and dinner 3. Follow the food plan – (see ‘chapter 2’)
  2. Take your supplements
  3. Go to the gym minimum 4 times a week.
  4. Go to bed at 10 pm and no later than 10:30 pm
  5. Drink 2 ½ – 3 liters of water every day
  6. Do not eat more food after your dinner at 6 – 6.30 pm
  7. Drink Herbal Tea
  8. Are you still hungry after your meal – drink a glass of water and eat more vegetables (have another portion of veggies – half of the portion you already had).
  9. Plan your meals.
  10. Don’t skip any big meals.
  11. Spoil yourself once a week with a fruit salad and some vanilla cream
  12. Use all the spices you like – food with taste makes your body feel good.
  13. You are allowed to eat 1-2 tiny pieces of dark chocolate (85%) every day, but try not to!!! Have the chocolate pieces as a backup if your sugar cravings become intolerable!


I will make a belly fat burn training program for you when I return from my vacation to Ibiza!! I’m on the island at the moment busy with vacation activities having FUN!! I will make a specific diet plan telling you exactly what to eat Monday – Friday, 3 meals a day and a snack!! I will also tell you how big portions you should eat – when I am back the 5th of June. In the meantime, order/buy all the supplements – and don’t forget to follow all my instructions in chapter 1 and 2. Your body will have a good basis for the clean diet and training plan (coming up when I am back). I already gave you loads of tips for what foods to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner – start already now! If you are in doubt about the portion size, always go for smaller portions, never big ones!! Use your MIND – you will only be cheating yourself and your belly fat won’t disappear if you eat for 2 people instead of one. J

Here is the Plan!


Regardless of whether your fat is hard or soft, or you have loose skin on your belly, the food you eat, naturally, plays a very important role. If you want to get rid of the last annoying kilos, you may have to change a few things. Like I said yesterday, diet is 70% of the result, so follow my diet plan very accurately.

DIET – overall advice:

3 main meals

1 snack meal

Eat last meal at 6 pm, nothing after 6:30 pm

2 ½ – 3 liters of water per day

Your meals:

When you have digestive issues, it is very important to start your day with foods that are easy for your body to digest, so you start up your body gently. Important note – don’t ever skip your breakfast meal! Start your day with a smoothie or a protein shake, and slowly give your stomach more challenging foods so that the digestive system is ready to process more solid foods. So, test your own body and belly and pay attention to what is good for your body and what kind of food it can handle. At the end of the day, the stomach needs easy food again in order to avoid your digestive system working overtime all night. Give you digestive system a break so it can relax instead of working during the night after a late-night, heavy meal.  You are fasting when you sleep; stop eating 4 hours before you go to bed. Like I mentioned earlier – have your last meal no later than 6 pm. You are not allowed to eat anything before breakfast. You will wake up feeling hungry, the way you should feel in the morning. The body will digest all the food from the previous day before midnight and then relax the rest of the night while you are sleeping. If it has to work all night, because you have a snack at 11 pm – you will wake up tired with no energy. Try following this advice, at least for a few days, – it will give you amazing results, I promise you!

Drink Water: another important factor is drinking ENOUGH water! Your improvement is linked to how much water your drink; water cleanses your body, gets rid of toxins, helps your cells renew themselves and much more – so drink, drink, drink lots of  WATER!!


Breakfast: Protein shake/smoothie or fresh vegetable/fruit juice and some eggs and avocado!

Snack: Many people say you have to snack all the time to keep your metabolism active all day; my experience is – you need to give your digestive system some time off, so stick to 3 main meals and 1 snack, you can decide when you need the snack but not after 6:30 pm! Nothing besides water and organic tea is allowed.

Lunch: The biggest meal of the day! You need protein, vegetables and healthy fats from olive oil, avocado, nuts or fat fish – fill you plate with a lot of veggies! I often eat a peace of chicken, fish or red meat together with vegetables (NB! – red meat, only allowed once a week!) 😉


Soups! I love fish or chicken soups with lots of vegetables, taste and power! Steam your vegetables with chicken, or cook chicken in the oven with vegetables and sweet potato. Speaking of – sweet potato or normal potato is lovely in soups, too.  Throw some fish or chicken in a wok along with veggies, and stir fry that bad boy! Delicious and simple! Don’t forget to enjoy it – remember – it is your LAST MEAL today (still around 6 pm) and then fasting all night!

Why you should avoid too much beef:

Beef can be tough on your digestive system, so if your digestion is weak, watch out! Beef is very heavy and it takes your digestive system and intestines a long time to break it down and digest, so the beef can stay in your intestines and actually start to rot L You can always skip the red meat while you are on this diet for 2 – 3 weeks and slowly start with a bit of beef again, once a week.

12 hours of fasting, does it have an effect?

Studies show that giving your digestive system a rest during the night works very positively for people with a weak digestive system.

There can be many reasons why you don’t have a lean, sexy stomach. Today we will be looking at possible reasons, so that you can solve your problem; it CAN be solved!

Of course you have to be prepared to put in effort and work, because just dreaming about it, won’t get you quite there 😉

The diet program you will be following you can see in chapter 2 coming tomorrow!! To get a flat stomach will also be useful for your general health; you will get more beautiful facial/body skin, tighter arms and leaner thighs. Basically – if you want to get a stronger body you need to start training.

You will get the best results by combining strength and cardio training.

  1. You eat right and train a lot, but you can’t get rid of the last belly fat.

I have heard this question many, many times in my career as a personal trainer, How do I get rid of my belly fat? Many women feel they have too much fat on their belly and that is what we are going to focus on right now.  Aside from the fact that the belly fat may prevent you from feeling or looking as sexy as you should, the belly fat is also potentially dangerous if there is a lot of it.

These are the reasons why you may have too much fat on your belly

There are often one or more reasons why your body has fat around the belly:

  1. Bad digestion
  2. Too much stress
  3. Too little exercise and bad nutrition
  4. Some of your fat might not be fat, you could be bloated.


You Might Be Thinking, why Is my Digestion Important? The fat is sitting on the outside of the belly.

I know this is not the sexiest topic in the world, but there’s no way around it – we must talk about digestion, intestines and bloated bellies. Rest assured that you will feel much better when you have addressed these problems I outline.

Bad digestion can be caused by different things:

  1. You can be allergic to different food items and not be aware of it, like GLUTEN, LACTOSE, CHILI other spices, vegetables or fruits (I am allergic to GLUTEN and LACTOSE, before I found out, my digestion was horrible, now I feel perfect, because I stopped eating Gluten and Lactose 😉 )
  2. You need more digestive bacteria in your belly.
  3. You eat or drink foods that prevent your digestion from working optimally – for example too much bread, not enough fibers and too many bubbles, meaning too much alcohol

 Do You Have problems With Your Digestion?

Then you have more than just an excess-fat problem – you have a digestive problem.

How to Get Rid of Stress Fat:

Make sure you sleep enough hours every night

Maintain a healthy diet

Have a balanced work-life

Try to pinpoint what causes stress in your life – private circumstances or work-related factors? Once you know the source of your stress you can start dealing with it, eliminating the stress factors, solve the problems and get over it! Change your life if it is a stressful lifestyle you have, there is no easy way. Remember – at their deathbed, no-one ever said, ‘I wished I had worked more!’ – Quite the opposite, in fact!

If You Have Loose Skin on Your Belly

The last group, the ladies that have loose skin on the belly.

Have you gone up and down in weight a lot?

Given birth and not been able to get a flat stomach again?

Got pregnant, gained weight and not been able to get your skin tight again?

If you have stretch marks, I can’t promise you your belly will ever look like it did when you were 18 years old, but removing the fat will make it flatter and more lean, so the battle is not over!!

Zoo and Safari – Wild Animals ;)




Hey Boys and Girls,

Im in Copenhagen at the moment and I spend my Sunday in the Zoo together with my familie, I had a wonderful time.

I have a passion for animals and I love my new giraf friend. Sooo cute!

You are not allowed to touch the animals, but I never follow any rules muhahaha..

I am sure I was meant to work with animals, because I love them so much. But I ended up with a different carriere – Model, Actress and Personal Trainer – now animals are one of my hobbys! I love ridding horses and spending time with – all animals actually. Dog, cats, rabbits anything with fur 😀

One of the most amazing travel experiences I ever had, was a safari trip to South Africa!! Seeing the animals in the wild, is so amazing and beautiful. I can’t even decribe how cool that trip was, its 7 years ago and I still remember every single detail.

I can definitely recommend a Safari trip, South Africa was great, I have heard Kenya and Tanzania also have amazing safari options.

Spend your time on your passions, spend your time on things you like to do!!

Yoga Morning Workout Rutine! Wake Up, Workout No Excuse

Did you do something good for your self today?

When doing yoga, Remember to feel your body while you are doing your workout, linger at some positions longer than others, if you feel a stifnes, stay in the position until your body is fully relaxed. Yoga should not be rushed – do it slowly controlled and think about your breath at all times.

When the breath wanders the mind also is unsteady. But when the breath is calmed the mind too will be still, and the yogi achieves long life. Therefore, one should learn to control the breath.

You cannot always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside.

The most important pieces of equipment you need for doing yoga are your body and your mind.

Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be.

The yoga mat is a good place to turn when talk therapy and antidepressants aren’t enough.

Yoga is the fountain of youth. You’re only as young as your spine is flexible.

For me, yoga is not just a workout – it’s about working on yourself.
