Sorry to disappoint you! I am sure you were hoping to see a nude photo of me, LOL – sorry.

She is not the real deal, because she is not ME, but it will have to do. Lol 🙂

There are some very god low carb recipes if you want to lose weight, are you ready to go hard on your diet? Then avoid salt, dairy and carbs. Drink a large glass of water before each meal, eat small portions and chew every bite slowly.

Do you want to be healthy? But not interested in losing weight. Have a look at my very tasty recipes with carbs – the food will fill your body up with energy and fuel before, or after the gym.

Diet is the first step 70 % of all your results will be because of what you eat. Combine it with the gym, I recommend 3 times per week – minimum.

Nothing comes easy in life, I am sure you have learned that by now. Especially not a fit body – get to work. 😉
