I was at a Christmas party Saturday night with all my close friends and afterwards we went to a club in Copenhagen.
I had a great time and it is always fun and a little crazy when I party with all my nice friends.
I bumped into Tiesto at the club who I have meet a couple of times before in Las Vegas and Ibiza.
He is a friendly and funny guy. He has an amazing sense of humor and I always have a laugh when I bump into him – it was great to see him.
I was surprised to see him in Copenhagen and wondered what he was doing here. He was visiting some close Danish friends and stayed in Denmark 2 days. He told me he had to go back to Las Vegas the next day and he left shortly after I meet him.
Christmas is here and I love this time of the year, everyone is in a loving good mood. There is nothing better than spending time with your family eating good food, watching your favorite movies and wearing your pajamas all day.
I am meeting all my girlies for a hot cup of coco later to say merry Christmas.
What to do when you have planned a day out shopping and it rains all day long. Nothing left to do but have a dance in the rain! (see photos of me dancing in the rain below lol.)
At winter you only have the fun you decide to make for yourself your loved ones and friends. So acting in a silly way is one of my favorite things to do. I am a very outgoing person and I don’t care what people think when I act in a silly way or a little crazy.
Having that attitude is one of my strong qualities. It makes you feel more carefree. We humans have enough worries in life and stranger’s opinions shouldn’t be one of them.
I have not always felt this way. When I was younger I was often disappointed and sad when I heard people talk behind my back or create vicious rumors about me. Today I can honestly say, I really don’t care.
I almost see it as a positive thing. The more people talk about you – be it good or bad – the more success you have and that can cause jealousy among some people.
Life is short so what I want you to do is SMILE as much as you can.
1. Smiling Makes Us attractive
We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out why they are so happy.
2. Smiling Changes Our Mood
Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There’s a good chance your mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.
3. Smiling is contagious
When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.
4. Smiling Relieves Stress
Stress can really show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, won down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you’ll be better able to take action.
5. Smiling Boosts Your Immune System
Smiling helps the immune system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly because you are more relaxed. Prevent the flu and colds by smiling.
6. Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure
When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home. Sit a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?
7. Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin
Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Just like when you Work out at the gym. Together these three makes us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.
8. Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger
The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don’t go for a face lift before you have tried the smile lift. Just try smiling your way through the day – you’ll look younger and feel better.
9. Smiling Makes You Seem Successful
Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently.
10. Smiling Helps You Stay Positive
Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It’s hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that ‘’Life is Good!!’’ Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.
Show me those big smiles right now and keep them all winter.

I am a privileged girl who has had a lot of different duties. I work with a million different things every day. Today it is Real Estate.
I work for a big company that is involved in many things, among others Real Estate.
Today I am spending my day in this gorgeous apartment on Islands Brygge in Denmark. It has a beautiful view and I love the area. (see the pictures)
A few potential new tenants are coming by and I have to show them around – hopefully they would like to live in this gorgeous apartment with the pretty view.
For the readers that live abroad – Islands Brygge is a very charming and extraordinary place. You shouldn’t miss seeing it in the summer time if you travel to Copenhagen. During the summer everybody sunbathes and cools themselves with a dip in the water. I have been to many big cities around the world and it is not often you have the opportunity to take a swim right in the heart of the city. There are lovely restaurants and cafés in the area as well.
Some of my readers have asked me if I do anything else besides being a model, actress, personal trainer and nutritionist. Here is the answer:
I work in a company that, among other things, deals with real estate. Besides that I also manage employees, supervise, deal with administration duties and attend meetings with potential new contracts and clients.
I get restless quickly. So I prefer to do different jobs, so I won’t get bored. 🙂

80 % of all humans have a bad posture (Dårlig holdning) What do you signal with this body language? “I AM INSECURE”
Your body language says so much more about you personality than what comes out of your mouth.
When you walk into a room with your shoulders bent down to your chest, you signal unconsciously “I AM INSECURE”. This is the signal you will send to strangers whether you like it or not. Our posture and body language is the first thing men and women look at when they see you for the first time.
Maybe you are not insecure so why would you want to signal the wrong thing?!
People that have an office job or students that sit down in front of their computers and study will usually have a bad posture. The reason is their body is not used efficiently. The body is not active and our body is designed to be active. What happens is your upper back muscles are too weak to hold your bones in the correct position and therefore the upper back bones will have a tendency to slide forward in a very bad position.
Besides looking bad it will also give you pain. Stiff neck, sore muscles, head aches , migraines, tiredness and it can even lead to a permanent injury in your back or neck.
(I have my background) as a masseuse. I have seen so many ensamples of people like this. Students that study often and older people or in general inactive people will end up with weak back muscles and will suffer from bad posture.
This bad body language will also limit you in a job interview for example, YOU WILL SIGNAL – I AM INSECURE.
Let’s say, you say all the correct things and you did an amazing presentation of yourself – you might miss the opportunity of your dream job because your body language will signal the wrong thing.
Besides job interviews, there are situations where you walk into a crowded room and you will again signal “I AM INSECURE”. That is horrible – I want all of you to signal: I am a confident man and woman – let’s say you actually are insecure, still – I am sure you don’t want to signal it, anyway.
So here is the solution – take care of your body. Go to the gym and work on your upper back muscles. Many women forget this part of their body when they are at the gym, they will focus on their belly, butt and legs. The upper body is so important, you don’t want a sack of potatoes for you upper body and fit legs. The body is connected you can’t skip any part. I know how a beautiful female back in a backless dress will make your sex appeal grow.
There is nothing more seductive than a man or woman walking with confident steps looking tall, lean and powerful with the perfect posture.
Besides all this, you have to work out your back for health reasons, we have all seen old people with crazy bad posture, and they can’t even see ahead, they have to bend their heads in a very awkward position to see straight. I don’t want any of you ending up like that. Take it serious please.
Your body is your most important tool – please take care of it. I will show you my favorite back exercise in this video – please look at my technique and do it correctly, if you are in doubt ask a personal trainer at your gym to help you out.
2 -3 times a week 3 sets of 10-15 that will help you out, I would love it if you could do more back exercises than just this one.
